    Bizhub 750 C-B162

    Hi,
    Machine shows code C-B162 after switch off and on it work for 10, 15 minutes but code reappear, any idea to solve this problem.

          Beware the spammers in these parts. They tend to think they are contributing, but are really just being a royal you know what.

          I looked up the code you referenced above, but cannot find it in my manual, nor any reference to that code in the TS Bulletin on this model. The manual goes from C-8301 (fan abnormality) directly to C-C101 (communication abnormality) with nothing in between.

          Can you verify this is the code please?

              from the 751 manual that code indicates a fax related interface error. suggests the fax board as cause.(but i would not exclude other causes)
