Ignore the manuals4you spammer, his manuals are out of date. You should be able to download them via Konica Minolta Tech Support.

The error relates to the perfect binder option of the finisher. If you are getting this error without the finisher connected, then the printer control board (PRCB) might be at fault and it is there you should look further, either by checking the connectors on the board and reseating all of them or replace the board itself if all else fails.

After the warm-up is started, temperature detected by the glue tank temperature sensor / Lw (TH4) has not risen to a prescribed level within a specified time period.

Places to check.

AC drive board (ACDB)
Glue tank heater (H1)
Glue apply roller heater (H2)
PB control board (PBCB)
PB drive board (PBDB)
Glue apply roller motor (M32)
Glue tank temperature sensor /Lw (TH4)

Software switch 7-7 can be switched from 0 to 1 to disable the perfect bind feature as a troubleshooting measure.
