Hi,

Can anyone help? I have F26-3 and have tried to auto supply toner with new toner bottle inserted but the fault remains, your help will be much appreciated.

I'd try to clean the ID sensor in the drum unit, and then change the developer.

The vain of these machines you don't go very long servicing these machines until you see this dreaded code.

Some common reason you can get this code,
- someone has swapped dev units
- replaced dev without running tcr adjust in service mode
- recycle pipe not working properly so dev has become undertoned
- faulty drum sensor / tcr sensor on dev unit
- dev motor gone bang
- dev unit seized

If I was you I would try and rerun the dev and see what code you get might point you in the right direction. Whats the history of the machine has the dev been swapped, copies becoming faint, how old is the dev ?
