[Jamming] Bizhub 211

Have a problem with bizhub 211, it keeps on breaking the paper feed tortion spring. have replaced the spring about 5 times already and it keeps on breaking. anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem?

Your customer is probably feeding cardboard through the papertray , i had this problem at a school and realised it only happens after the exams when they print report cards. Took me a few visits and looking around for evidence to prove it to them.
