    Bizhub 420 Stalling

    I have a customer that is complaining about an issue that I cant duplicate. The say the issue is in the morning or after it has sat for a good duration of time, they will feed origionals and it will print the first 3 or 4 then the entire machine will just sit there and do nothing. Then they say they must turn off both power switches remove jamms before it will work. When i get there I cannot dupicate the issue. Any ideas? It has latest and greatest firmware and is a solid machine aside from that.

      Does it happen everyday? If so maybe make an appointment to go there early one day and tell them not to touch it until you get there, at least you may able to see for yourself.

              In Tech Rep, under I believe Drum Peculiarity adjustments, is TCR Adjustment. Run that, and run it over & over till it runs for just a few moments, and completes. Sounds like, possibly, it's undertoned. I wouldn't be surprised if the toner bottle is near empty also.
