there are no single bulletins on any KM machine, that is, all problems have separate documents and attached files related to the service problem.
Warranty claims can only be initiated by KM techs, but most of those are covered directly under KM service contracts. If a machine is flood damaged for example. Hardware failures are covered as per service contract. No service contract, the customer has to cover the cost of the parts including labour and shop supplies.

Ok, not to be difficult, but what specifically are you trying to resolve?
