Our C351 is displaying the error code C-2257. An earlier post said that is "Cleaning brush motor failure to turn", but also said it can be resolved by cleaning the transfer belt. I cleaned off all the waste toner from the transfer belt, but I still get the error message. If it is the brush motor, where is that and what does it take to replace it? Any advice would be appreciated. And if someone has a link to the service manual, that would also be helpful. Thanks
