Konica 3331 is displaying error 36-01

Hi there,
Since i imported this Konica 3331 for sale, it is displaying error code 36-01.
Please help us sort it out.

you must look the fuser unit ...if there is no problem with it ,you must change the ....dsw 3-7 to 0..in service mode dsw
