Hi, just started fixing these, cleaned the drum, sensors, dev change and drum change set up LD1 etc, and new print board. Am I on the right track.

did you run the drum preculitarity adjustments? if not. you will be back to change drum and developer again in a few days.

Yes I have as per the manual, check and adj voltage for new drum , completed the 1-10 sequence, etc changed sensor board.

Some suggestions from KMBS.

Light/blank copies & 29-03 - Write unit may be bad.

SC29-03 after Toner concentration dipswitch settings changed - reset dipswitch.

control patches are not output while Dmax correction is in progress.

no output from the Dmax sensor.

remedy:

TSCB (toner control sensor board) thats the sensor that looks at the drum in the drum carraige.

or

PRCB (printer control board)

i would try the sensor (TSCB) first.
