pro 1051, anyone seen this before?

    pro 1051, anyone seen this before?

    Went to a 1051 this morning, and see, that the transfer belt is torn. Checked all in the area and i can not find any reason for this happening. Mashine has only 750k on it. Someone here who has seen this before and can give me a hint, why this could happen ?

      herrmann, at 750k you will need a pm kit installed. as far as the ripped tr belt i would check to make sure the tr belt unit is not locking up.

          have to agree there make sure all rollers are of free movement.

              Check all the mylar inside the belt cleaning unit make sure not bent or deformed i have the same issue swap the transfer belt cleaning unit works fine no more ripped transfer belt.
