Bullet Points become Question Marks in Word2007

Bullet Points become Question Marks in Word2007. This happens when using Word 2007 or 2010 only. With Word 2000 everything is OK.

    MFP is a Minolta Di-351

    Any idea what to do?

In the print driver, there should be a setting that will allow you to send fonts as a bitmap.

In all likelyhood, the font set from word 2007 is beyond the capabilities of that pathetic di-351's ability to print.

I would use this opportunity to get the user to upgrade from that POS to something new.

That Bitmap thingy did it. Thanks for your great tip (as usual) Stirton!

I changed in the Postscript 3 options settings as follows:

Send True-Type fonts as Bitmap instead of the default Typ42 setting.

This worked. I don't know if there any drawbacks yet regarding compatibility or printing speed. I'll do as stupid Minolta and will let the customer find out that......
