konica c350 c0060 code

customer got a jam. removed jam and got a c0060 code. code is fuser motor problem. made sure fuser section turned fine and was not bound up, replaced motor and pwb-mc board. still have code. any ideas. not real familiar with color copiers. thanks

Try a trouble reset. Open front door and to the bottom right corner. ( Below the cleaning pads ) There is a small square hole. Look into it with a flashlight and you will see the reset button. Hope this works for you.

after changing motor and mc board it still didnt work. trouble reset did get rid of code. still problems so i put old board back in. it says ready to copy but puts it in job folder and then says ready to accept next job. status for first job says printing but nothing happens. i just want it to copy not put it in job folder. how do i change this? thanks
