does the fuser need replaced or can count be reset. have tried to reset count but wont let you pick it. could this be the cause of my c0060 code

The code is for the fuser motor. Try a trouble reset or take out the fuser and check for stripped gears or if it has seized up. In order to reset the counter you have to replace the fuser its self or the fuse in side of it. The fuse is in the wiring from the connector. You will see that it is a pico fuse (wrapped in green shrink wrap. ) Cut it out and splice in a new fuse. Hope this helps you.
