Wait just a second. You've got two things: the LCD which draws the image; and the touchscreem which acts as a keyboard accepting input.

If I understand correctly your question, you can't use the touchscreen to do things like selecting paper or magnification or duplex - althought the image on the LCD is fine. If that's the case, you need to either adjust the touchscreen sensitivity (via the Accessibility button on your left) or to replace the touchscreen panel.

Now, the parts manual for the C450 doesn't list a separate part number for the touchscreen, but if I'm not mistaken it is the same used on the C250, which is 4037780701. Maybe someone else can confirm this to you.

You are correct, same part number. And I agree, touch panel not the LCD.

              Hi
The image on the LCD is ok and the screen changes normally when I use only the keypad.
But the screen is frozen. When I touch the screen with my finger it doesn't work.
I can get the touchscreen adjust sensitivity screen using the keypad but as I explained it can't adjust because the screen is frozen.
              Thanks for you tip.

Well, then definitelly you'll need to get a new touchscreen in there. The part number is listed above.

I have found a way to repair them with some kind of "special equipment" .

I have warmed several screens by heating them on a convection radiator then pressing along the edges with a cloth while it is still hot.The problem is caused by the glue they used so doing this fixes the connections, only about 70% successful though. good luck
