I get white spots/stripes on my yellow? i can see it on the drum unit, i did clean the blade but the stripe/spot print same place every time, Y drum unit life about 40%

You can replace temporary Y drum with one from another colours (C,M,K) also to verify that your problem is drum Y.
I can say that these stripes are in some cases common problem. Doesn't matter 40% or 90%.
This is caused because the Y is the 1st DU wich the belt, after the cleaning unit, is getting in touch and maybe the remaining toner wich is not cleaned from cleaning unit is transfered to Y drum.Comment

Ummm... check your dev unit for voids and white stripes in your copies. Be sure the laser path is not blocked as well.Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder.They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Yes, RRodgers is right. Check with DEV unit. Remove the dev powder and filter it check for any dust particle or Dev solid particles. Check the Dev unit roller and see if it has scratch mark on it.Comment
