[Misc] C200 shows document on glass

    Good day everybody

I've got a problem, hopefully a small one, on a C200. If you insert a document in to the Document feeder, it will sometimes, no always show that there is a document on the glass. If you lift the feeder and close it again (I did lift it all the way to the top) and try to put a document in the feeder, the same message display. If I leave the machine to self reset or switch it off/on I am able to make a copy from the feeder.

Did anybody had this experience before or any suggestions.

    Many thanx.

Check the actuator that detects whether the RADF is open or closed.

am facing this problem as well. what i found out is when u closed the feeder (without paper in the platen glass), the machine will detect
there is paper on platen glass and is A3 size. dismantle the white cover which stick to the bottom of the feeder, solved all the problem.
        but...customer cannot accept this solution....
