Never ran into that one but this was in the 7020 guide...

Solution ID TAUS0611031EN* Solution Usage 7
    Description
J20-4 only when making copies in the 1:2 or 2:2 mode.
    Solution
CAUSE: The jumper for the copy vendor connection is loose. When the ADU gate solenoid (SD5) actuated, the vibration caused the copy vendor connection
to open signifying a stop signal.
SOLUTION: Reform the jumper on the copy vendor to allow proper contact with the connector.

Sounds like it thinks the key counter was pulled.

The only info I see on that code is related to the key counter. If the jumper contact is bad or the wiring to it are shorting it could do it at any time. It's as if the machine thinks the key is being pulled mid-copy job. Try setting dip sw 1-0 to 0. That lets the copy job finish even if the key is pulled mid job. Maybe re-flash the firmware or as a last resort re-initialize the machine.
