Okay, paper is not hitting anything, it just stops in the horizontal transport section before it travels into the finisher. Tires, everything looks good. Meter is under 100k on this machine.
Any thoughts?

Any jam codes displayed? We had trouble in the horizontal transport area and ended up swapping the whole unit out after replacing sensors and rollers. Not sure if wiring harness had anything to do with it. We had a trade-in lying around and just swapped the whole horizontal unit.Comment

Check out the flimsy fuser exit sensor. They often stick, especially if the fuser unit's fuse has been replaced. Also the exit/turnover unit above the fuser has an actuater that often pops out.Kevin900Comment
