Error C0001 on KM C350

I have a Konica Minolta C350 with an error code C0001 - Call for Service. I could not find the manual either to look up the code. Any suggestions on taking care of this? Thanks.

I have solved many problems making update firmware, try it

The problem could be related to the fuser unit, try another fuser and see if the code goes.
Also on the C350 the ICP's (fuses) blow on the pwb mc. Check out ICP 1

If it is blown replace the fuse with the correct rating within 10%.

before you do anything serious make sure to reinitialize your firmware by shorting the 2 pins on the service pcb inside front cover short the 2 pins and turn on the copier while holding the service switch down. screen will prompt you. if still have code ck fuses on dc power supply. good luck had this very prob with k/m 8031 color
