bizhub 200/250/350 jamming drawer 1 only

Hello, I'm having an issue with a bh 250 and a 350 same problem, I have replaced the feed assembly, drawer and drive clutch assembly. the problem is it jams right out of the drawer, The paper gets about an inch out of the drawer then jams. you can see the paper when you drop the right cover, the leading edge of the paper is visible. once in awhile the paper will pass through the machine and will be delivered skewed or wrinkled . I tried two different USED feed assemblies with the same results.

    Thanks.

Behind the feed assembly is the drive section that runs it. You need to change the clutch in it.

I did one this summer, where I changed everything you did, and it still jammed. Seems I pinched a wire putting the bypass back on.

If you do not have a pinched wire, check your photo cells, sounds like one may have failed.

if the drum scratch, it will short to the magnetic roller at the starter unit, then will cause the machine to stop.
no harm to try this method if the drum already scratch right?

If the drive unit clutch did not fix the problem then replace the 2 small white clutches in the paper feed unit.

Also, make sure the tray is not cracked

                    problem solved

Thanks everybody for all your support. I found the problem it was kind of stupid. there is a mylar that sits at the base of the right door where the paper exits tray 1. the reg. /transfer roller unit was sitting right on top of the mylar. The mylar was folded like it belonged in that position. I placed the mylar on top of the guide to the to the reg. roller and it started to function properly.
