    [Jamming] B350/250

    hi, did any one had a problem on the duplex turn over unit that couses the m/c to jam. is sounds like the motor that is not turning, we replaced the motor, the sensor and the soliniod but the same problem is stil there. i have it on 4 m/c and on a B420

    I am not sure I understood the last thing you said. If you were saying you have a duplex problem on a bz420, then you have 2 motors to change. I have not had a bz 250/350 duplex problem, unless the problem was the switchback unit. If you want to narrow it down, pull the switchback and duplex and go to another machine and test them.

      i have switch the switchback unit with another one, still the same problem. i even upgrade the firmwere on the m/c. the sound what the m/c is making sounds is a grr,grr,grr. i have swap all the boards inside the m/c aswell.

            i have swap the duplex unit with a new unit and stil the same problem

              If you have swapped both the switchback unit and duplex, you may want to look at pwb "A"

                replace the board on the back of the machine, I had the same issue and ended up replacing that pcb. that should do the trick if you replaced the other stuff in the switchback unit.

                  hi, i have solve the problem, it was the drum unit, when i swap the drum unit the m/c is working 100% without jams or aboard codes. thanks for all the help you gave me.

                    I was just about to say change drum unit but I see you figured it out. I had this problem. The drum had a wear line all the way to the bare metal. It arcs to the charge corona causing weird problems.
