how can one resett error code sc4522 which pops up immediately after powering on

Bizhub Pro C5501 has not SC-4522 error code. I think that it's C-4522 error code.
C-4522:
Cause: Color registration base line correction/Rr aborted.
Resulting operation: Main body stops immediately and main relay (RY1) is turned OFF.
Estimated abnormal parts: Printer control board (PRCB) Color registration sensor/Rr (PS9)

clean the reg sensors. Then check each dev unit for a light patch and the transfer belt walking to one side or the other.

Clean the Rear color registration sensor and run Auto Color registration adjustment.

Thanks for your suggestion.i found the retraction rollers inthe transfer belt unit were stack.
