KM Bizhub Pro 6500 Duplex Jam

I am getting a jam while trying to duplex.

The first side prints, but jams at the M5 position. I am not sure exactly what the paper path is on this unit. I am assuming that is exiting the fuser for the second print pass?

I cant seem to find anything that is hanging that would prohibit the path of the sheet. Could this be a sensor issue?

I am a newbie, so sorry for the lack of better technical description.
