C353 error Code 5228

Custoemr called in with error code 5228 on a bizhube c353.
Tried to power cycle and still has the code.
The only problem is there is no 5228 in the service manual.
Tried seraching for it but unable to find any refernce to 5228 anywhere..

Have you verified yourself that the machine is throwing this code? Is the code listed in the history?

Try doing a trouble reset via holding utility key down while toggling main power...

Update firmware...even if it is current, reflash it anyway.

You might have to replace the PRCB...or perhaps NVRAM...but cross that road after you've attempted any other possible avenues.
