[Error Code] Minolta Dialta Di350 displaying C0500

Please help me with my Minolta Dialta Di350 displaying C0500. What is the problem and how can I fix it. Also the touch screen of this machine has cracked and it no longer works. Is it possible to change? Thanks

The 500 code is for the fuser. To see if it will reset...
Open and close the right side door.
Machine will go into abort mode.
When a small dot apears on the left side of the lcd midway up, push #3
Enter code 0000
When maint screen comes up push trouble reset at lower left corner
It all starts again , this time exit out.
