"S-1" Warning Bizhub C350 - What is it?

    Hi,

I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C350 in my office and this morning a "S-1" warning appeared on the display. What should I do? Thanks for your helps.

And does anyone have the list of these warning codes? I will really appreciate if you send me? I want to learn their meanings.

      Alfpanosonic Thanks for your reply.

Is it something that I can fix myself?

Also I will really appreciate if you have a list for these error messages.

S-1 (CCD clamp gain adjustment failure)

This error is again on the display.

Is anyone help me about how to fix it?

The last time I saw this message it was on a Minolta, and the CCD was literally unplugged. The last tech wanted to sell them a CCD. lol
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Have you tried fitting another scan lamp?
Please do not PM me without asking first.

You can see the warning list in tech mode/counter/warning
