There are actually 2 kits, a 100K, and the 200K. At 200K, you need both as well as all 4 developers and 4 drum units. The 200K kit is pretty much a transfer belt unit rebuild, It has the belt, inner transfer rollers for each color, the web for the fuser, corona grids and springs.
The question whether it is "worthwhile" is dependant on how picky you are with your machine's print quality. If you want it to run top-notch, then by all means it is worthwhile. If, on the other hand, you're satisfied with "so-so" prints (which will get worse with time) then you can postpone it until you think it's necessary. Just keep in mind that if you do postpone it, when you finally need to do it, the tech might need more time to do the maintenante (more expensive if you don't have a contract, which I assume you don't) and by that time it might also need more parts.
Cheers!
