    There are any way to reset/stop counting of the copies on this machine? and there are something special when to change the image unit something to do ? thanks

        About the counter, there's nothing you can do. About the IUs, just replace them - the machine will auto-adjust itself.

          There is no need to stop the counter from clicking over, EVER!

          You could use the hammer method, but not using the machine also stops the meter from counting up.
          Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
