Fusing low temperature abnormality. Could be any of the temp sensors, lamps, AC driver board or printer control board, or it may just need to be reset.

Cheers.

This can occur if the paper weight is not set correctly.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

[Bizhub C5500] [C-3902 / C-3903 error code]

reset the Switch 3 - 1 to 0 and I got C-3902
cleaned the one-way bearings in the fuser, reset the error again and now I am getting C-3903. The lamps, thermostats and thermistors look okay with the multimeter.

Any ideas, please?

Thanks in advance,

That's for:
Fusing high temperature hardware
detection abnormality.
Temperature sensor/4 (TEMS/4)
detected abnormality signal continuously
for the specified time.

check one of the sensors you touched or worked on. might have a problem
