c252 firmware

i changed the mfpb board of km c252, nut it cannot power on just hanging on the hour glass, any body who have the firmware or a link i can download from?

The firmware it is not for download only KM specialist have the access to download and to put the firmware because it has it own procedure.

I suggest to go to a KM specialist better, the firmware in KM has some tools.

what was wrong with the old board, is it the same issue after replacing it? Also is the screen backlit when it displays the hourglass? It may just need firmware loaded or a NVRAM recovery if it had another issue previously.
