Konica 7830 colorprinter (OKI C9000?), toner sensor

    Konica 7830 colorprinter. (OKI C9000?)

Display shows error detected by toner sensor yellow and cyan.

Prints show that both colors are 1mm off.

Never seen this machine before, any hints what to please?

Toner Sensor Error means that the toner sensor in the drum unit is not detecting enough toner for normal operation. This can be caused when the blue levers of the toner cartridge are not properly locked, or when the toner sensor in the drum is faulty. Make sure that the blue levers are at the correct position. Otherwise replace the affected drum/toners.

When you have registration problems, clean the id sensors, check for correct operation of the transfer belt, or replace the affected drums.

Thanks Eric. Can you please tell me where those sensors are located? Can they just be dusted off?

Thanks guys. Solved all problems except the synchronization of colors. See the right side of the picture. The edges of the colored blocks are showing the problem (sorry for the rotten scan, the original colors are good):

Cleaned the sensors and the transferbeltunit is new (the old one showed the same problem).

What could be the reason for this problem and how to solve it?

It is standard media, or something special? When heavy paper gets close to the manufacturers limitations you'll start to see color registration issues toward the trail edge of the image. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Looks like yellow is a bit off. Replace the yellow drum and do the registration adjustment.
