[Jamming] Bizhub C351 Error 1101

I have a Bizhub C351 in our office. The girls say that everytime tray one runs out of paper it jams. It jams in the fuser. Now the machine is set to pull from the next same size tray. I've tried different paper in drawer 1 and also tried all the other drawers to see if they do it, no other one did it, just tray one. I couold see if the paper was staying in the tray and jamming it would be a roller issue, but its making it out of the drawer. And its ALWAYS the last sheet of paper. I tried in many time. Has anyone seen this before?

Does the machine say add paper to tray 1 if it is empty? Does this only happen during multiple copying? What happens if you have one sheet in the tray and make one copy? I am wondering if the paper empty sensor for tray 1 might be the problem if it is always the last sheet.
