What do you mean cold reset 3-7? Either way give this a shot. Try going into Initial mode. Here is the procedure.
1. Press the Warm Restart bitton on the right side of the control panel. ( small pin size hole)
2. When the black dot appears at the center on the left side of the screen Press the number (3) on the keypad.
3. Select Trouble Reset wait a few min and then po/po the machine from main switch.
This should reset your fuser code. Hope this helps you.

I pull the switch with a paperclip and when the dot appears i pull 3 and in the field i put 7 then i pull at end then i switch the machin off and on .
i have found a faliure in the door switch and replaced it now i just have to reset...

OK..... After you press (3) enter all zeros in the field then push end. That should give you thr option for the Trouble Reset.
