I have a 1051 witch makes 2214 error code.
I found this:
C-2214 error code after adding toner. [Description]
C-2214 error code is indicated shortly after adding toner.
[Solution]
CAUSE: The toner bottle was installed incorrectly by the customer causing damage to the Cartridge Drive Plate (Cartridge Drive Part) as well as Sleeve 1 and Sleeve 2.
SOLUTION: Vacuum all toner tubes completely, remove the entire large capacity hopper assembly and vacuum thoroughly. Replace the cartridge drive plate (p/n 55VE 3208 0) as well as Sleeve 1 (p/n 55VA R730 00) and Sleeve 2 (p/n 55VA R731 00).
SPECIAL NOTE: Solution contribution by Mike Galletta, Workgroup/SSD
I reset the error code Dipsw 3-1 changed 0 from 1.
Vacuum all the tubes changed the pump motors and the toner level detection sensors. After this the 1051 runs for days but finally the error code reappears.
