[Error Code] C10 Code 2AH

Hello fellow technicians etc

Was at a C10 today displaying 2AH after the site had a power surge.

Nothing in my service manual for troubleshooting this code so went on infohub when I got home a pulled off a doc stating to check PJ26 chip connection on PWB-A.

After looking in the service manual I couldn't find PJ26. The PRCB has a PJ24 which it states to change after swapping the boards. Also the p/n given on the doc does not show in the parts manual

My question is...is the doc referring to PRCB and PJ24??

I'm going back tomorrow with a stolen prcb so quick responses greatly appreciated!

arm of the fusing safety switch may be out of place and not properly engaging the switch. The arm is located on the left side of the machine as you face the menu panel.
