cf2002 with Fiery and CN3101E duplexing

I have extended memory and controller and can duplex from the duplex feeder but not across a network as duplex option shows not installed? How can you correct this?

would you happen to know how I can connect my computer to my cf2002 with firey? Do I need to install drivers on my computer?? if so where would I get the drivers??

Goto start, run then type \\ip\Print. It will install ( if you are an xp box
