konica minolta di 550 question

I have seen this a couple times and just have to ask. first copy out of the machine. when it has the fn 105 will get stuck right out of the machine into the finisher. almost like the finisher is not on. it kind of accordians it up. clear it. then it is fine. but I notice it more and more as the first copy. I did not try a total clear. w hat do you all think?

Two things comes to mind:

-Exit sensor lever above the fuser exit sticking to the little foam pad on the sensor itself.
-Fuser drive delaying cause the big fat spring clutch mounted in the fuser drive unit in the machine slips.
