Business Pro 500c

i have a customer with a Ikon Business Pro 500c or a Biz Hub Pro c500 with an error code of c29-22. it was getting a black line before the code. i have called a couple of places and none of them know or heard of the code. i dont have manual or have much experience with konica. any help would be great.

There is a firmware update to fix this problem, so upgrade the firmware first. If it still does it after that, I could be a worn Black drum or corona, try swapping them with another color. Next after that would be the black potential sensor, swap it with another color to see if the code changes.
