    [Error Code] c-9403 and c-8301 on a 552ds

    The first code is a scanner lamp failure and the second is a lift motor failure in the adf. we have replaced the lift motor and the adf board and the issues still exist. all sensors work perfectly in tech rep, power is clean and have traced all 5 and 24 volt lines no shorts or breaks. I believe that the 2 issues are related as this is a ds model and the adf has 2 scanner lamps. Konica tech support has nothing for me other than replace this board and that board and as we all know this is very costly. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated as I am just about out of them.

      You seem to be a KM dealer and authorized tech. These machines should still be under warranty. Are they over 3 years old. All boards are warrantied. Make KM pay for them.

        Ive been told its a cable we need to warrantie it... getting more details now,.
        KM Pay ha ha thats a joke easyer proving bin laden was dead

          Adjust your doc feeder and reset connectors to secondary scanner lamp

            machine management list. tech support ticket #, warranty order form (with invoice #) We have never had a problem with the new stuff.
