KM Bizhub C350 web interface mismatch

Customer has a KM C350. The number of address buttons don't match what is displayed on the web application (similar to CANON's Remote User Interface). An example, on the copier LCD, section for L-N will show 12 names, while on the web interface you will see 6. Is there a way to update the web interface (we tried the IE Refresh, no joy), does this copier need a software update? Thanks.

I don't recall how many are displayed per screen (speaking of the web interface) Do you need to click an arrow to go to next screen of entries? Easy to overlook.

Does it do the same thing from another computer? Latest firmware? Are you using Internet Explorer? ( Try firefox )
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Firmware reflash, even if it is current, may correct this.

Or try rewriting the information using Pagescope Data Administrator.

Also, with IE, try the settings as shown in this capture.

The problem has been resolved. The problem was the Firey print server, the scan addresses were stuck in the buffer. We printed the configuration page, reset the print server to factory default and reprogrammed. When we connected via the web interface, we were able to add and delete addresses.
