    [Error Code] bizhub pro c500, sc 23-09

    Hello, i have sc 23-09. I read SM and i think i need to replace transfer belt motor (m18) and sensor. Is it enough or something more (or else)?

    Customer have this machine about 400 km to me, so i want go prepared

      What does it do? Do you just turn machine on and it pops up with the error code? Do you make a copy and just before the paper comes out oof the drawer does it code? When does it code?

          bizhub have error code on start (on initial job adjusting). Owner said me that were a jam and machine won't start again. I've changed m18 with sensor (p15 and p16) but it take no changes ;/

          I have service manual but that wouldn't help me anything... So i don't need answers from book but from experiences service man (who's fix it before)
