Dialta 2510 error c0500 fuser problem

Ive received this code... So far I even swapped the fuser, checked, cleaned thermistors are in good shape, fuse is good and checked the lamps. I cleared the code and did a trouble reset. the code constantly returns and sometimes it does an abort and restarts. any other possible suggestions since the machine keeps coding out. any help appreciated

Are you getting constant voltage if you measure at the fuser connector? From what you said, the codes come and go, is it correct?

I have replaced both interlock switches on the right door for this on machines before.

A p[oor power source can also cause it. Try moving the machine to somewhere where the plug in will be on a different breaker.

I would say that fix hit it. generally this condition exists because of the power in the wall outlet. I have had a few of these do this exact thing. even when the power goes out in the building sometimes it will trip the c0500 code. it never fails. especially when you said that the fuser assy was replaced. did you replace it with a new fuser from kmbs?
