[CQ] KMBH C6500 Blah copy quality after drum change

    ,
I am kinda new to this model, although I have been servicing the Pro C500 for a couple
    of years.
I just did a basic tune up changing the drums and dev's. Cleaning the chargers and
optics. This machine was just purchased by the wholesaler and sold to an end user.
He asked me to help the customer with the drum and dev change and the adjustments.
I followed all the steps in the book and did the adjustments in the order indicated by
the book. The problem is my copy off the glass has not changed. I know from a
workbook on copy quality for the C500 that the software switches must be set a
certain way so the adjustment with be reflected in the output.
I have read the software switch sect a couple of times or more and have not been
able to decipher which switch to set.
I was adjusting the gamma sensor offset adjust and was unable to get the blueish
tint out of the process gray. The other colors are their, but they don't jump off
the page as expected. The 10% gray square is almost invisible.
If someone knows could you kindly tell me? Or if someone has some classroom
material they could share that would be great??

    Thanks

    DR
