yes but some IU have life, look at attachemnt photo

It is possible, but if that was the case, your machine would show that defect in all colours. Since only the cyan is failing, we're assuming your cyan IU was chipped (reset) and thus it is probably not new. Look at your Cyan drum: does it look entirely new? Or do you see a big difference between the edges and the center?

A level machine is important, but mainly to keep it from rolling around. If it was unlevel, you would see the issue in ALL the IUs, not just a single one. The IU's sometimes die prematurely.
As mrwho stated, the "add toner" command in tech rep may correct this issue and sometimes does, though not often.
