[Dead] BizHub c6501

Please, i need help.
Hope that someone can help with this issue.
Have C6501 where we have changed Ipb (Image Printing Board) on a customer machine, and after that we got a error code 4712.
We have tryed to load new firmware, but it only got in download error failure.
Hope that someone,
have some hints we can use.
