If you walk up on one that has this code and the PM count is young, very carefully (cause no machine vibrations ) let the bypass tray down easy, open the right side transport door, carefully slide out the drum unit and look for the toner add solenoid arm to be stuck to the solenoid body leaving the toner add on full time.

Interesting, thanks for sharing.

It would show however in the Level History. The "ATDC Current" will be way up and over the usual 5-6% in that case.
