Bizhub C550 jamming like crazy from top tray.
Cleaned feed tires, sensors, no difference. Before replacing the clutch thought to check here if there is any other ideas.

I'm sure you've check to be sure there is no paper behind the tray? Size set correctly?

Clean feed shafts, check/replace oneways. We had the orange rubber actually peel free from the center plastic core on these feed tires.

Now, both T1 and T2 are jamming. The second sheet is stuck between the feed and sep roller.
Replaced the entire feed unit and does not make any difference ...

Check ICP15 on the paper feed transport board is not open. If it is it will stop the paper feed clutches working on both tray 1 and tray2.

If this is the issue, check for pinched wires to theses two clutches.

Of course, you will have to replace the board, too :-)

Did the clutches fix that for you? i've replaced both pick up assemblies and still jamming. Boards been replaced as well. what am i missing here? lower feed door latch was broken, replaced that and still nothing. I'm at my wits end with this damn machine. i hate that i can't see things working!!!!

Is your bypass tray working? (feeding)

Where exactly does your paper stops? Jam codes? Report?
