Unzip the file, add the folder "651_751" and all of its contents to the root of the USB drive. No other info on the drive. plug the drive into the front usb slot with the MFP fully powered up. Access service mode, system 2, ISW. A list of choices will be available depending on what options you have on the MFP ie fax/finisher. From here it should be pretty obvious how to finish. Please don't ask "how to get into service mode, as I do not give out that info in public. Emujo

the problem is that the machine does not pass the Drum peculiarity sub menu adjustment and it is giving various Errors Like Error2,Error4,C2801,c2804,C2803 etc, witch means that you have problem with the TCSB sensors.I clean the hole drum section more than 20 times.I change the TCSB board with new one.
I upgrade the firmware from 15 to 34 and nothing solve anything.
          ANY new ideas ?
Do i have to replace the printer board?

Is the customer using OEM toner? I had the same problem. The customer was using toner that was bought at a office supply store. I replaced the developer and installed Konicaminolta toner. No problem since. Funny thing is, toner is included in service agreement.
