BizHub 180 Fax RX problem

Machine sends fine but will not receive. The auto led is lit so I assume it is on auto RX. I spent some time looking around in the settings and didn't see anything. I had just delivered the machine so I told them I would be back with manual. Is there any other settings or something that would cause this? Thanks in advance.

Check your fax destination target in service mode-default is Japan, set to US, and it should work.
