    hai every body,
    i one of our cust 253 machine the front panel the brightness adjustment scroll is working but touch screen other keys are not working but in the display its shows ready to copy. sometimes it gives error code c-d403 any ideas

      might be simply a poor electrical connection with the main cable that joins the display with the MFP board. Disconnect each side and reconnect. It could also be a defective panel. Replace it if reconnecting does not correct the problem.

          i had interchange the panel to another working machine its working good there so panel is not the problem

              Hi,

              Have you tried aligning the screen? cd error are usualy memory issues (firmware, hdd, memory dimms, files sent to print / copy / scan.)

                  If you have a different boot screen loaded, try to get in and remove it. Had one that did similar issues, with a corrupt boot screen file. deleted and it was good to go.

                      Had a similar prob recently ( cant remember the code) but a complete firmware upgrade did the trick.
                      Don't expect the unexpected...............It ruins the surprise !!!!

                          I have this problem C-D401 or C-D403 on bozhub c280 and that was a problem with conector to the panel display. Need reconet.
